My first post of 2011 had to be epic.
This was why I held off from writing something on my blog until the end of January. And now the day has come, the post worthy to be my first of 2011.
Pentax Rocks!
I didn’t expect it to happen. I went to the office for a meeting, then I saw at the corner of my eye, flashes. And more flashes! There was something going on…
It was a pictorial for a new show in GMA, and to my surprise, it was Pentaxian Neall Mercado who was the main photographer.
It was a strobist shoot! 1 af540, 2 af360’s on stands with umbrellas! He used his trusty K10d with the formidable da18-55!
Kit Lens Rocks!
I quickly whipped out my ‘new’ KX, da16-45 and 5mm 1.4 fit to shoot some photos (glad i brought my cam that day!) and shot some photos. Then I decided, what the heck, Neall’s shooting photos anyway, I’m gonna shoot video!
So after a few minutes of shooting, I had to leave the venue because i had more work stuff to do… pity i didnt get to video the whole Smith Family!
so enough reading! watch the video! photos to follow!
